Information We Collect

Personal information is collected when you enter it directly into the website consultation form.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties outside the scope of your consent.

If disclosure becomes necessary, we will either rely on an applicable legal basis or inform you of the recipient, purpose, categories of information, and retention period and obtain consent where required.

Processing by Service Providers

When consultation email delivery is enabled, Google Workspace Gmail is used to deliver the consultation request to the administrator. The name, phone number, project location, consultation type, space type, message, consent status, submission time, and request ID are processed only for this delivery purpose.

Before launch, we will review the applicable Google Workspace contract and data-processing terms and finalize any required disclosure regarding the contracting entity, processing scope, processing and storage location and period, subprocessors, and cross-border transfers.

If Telegram notifications are introduced, they will be limited to a receipt alert, request ID, submission time, and the minimum masked information needed to identify the request. Full phone numbers, precise locations, and consultation details will not be sent through Telegram; they will be available only through an access-controlled email or admin interface.
